TERMS AND CONDITIONS (for your booking with us):

A booking fee is taken in advance to secure your booking with your chosen entertainer via “CRAZY LEGS TOWN”. The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, (the booking fee is used for prior preparation of your event, as well as to ensure you event placement is securely booked in) No booking is sercure until the Booking Fee has been paid and this Confirmation Fill Form provided has been Submitted.

Every effort is made to ensure your entertainer arrives at the given time. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for late arrivals in circumstances beyond our control. We cannot accept responsibility for cancellation circumstances beyond our control due to an act of god.
It is the responsibility of the client to inform us (Crazy Legs Town) of any changes of venue as soon as possible preferably in writing via email addressed to info@crazylegstown.com) minimum 48hrs prior to the event and if incase no response of confirmation upon that email please call the office number or as a last resort call the the entertainer number which can be found on your booking form.
Please note cancellations made within 10 days prior to the party will be liable to 100% of the remaining balance (less the booking fee).
As all bookings are taken over the phone / via email a signature is not required, so by paying the booking fee asked confirms your agreement to these terms and conditions.

If wishing to save and return to this form for any reason ie.finding correct post code, you will need to click the 'Save & Continue Later' button below. If you wish to do so you would need to complete the booking formand be fully completed two full weeks before your booking date at the very lastest otherwise could risk loosing your booking fee and event booking.

If changing Dates/Times without first notifying our team via our email (info@crazylegstown.com) and receiving a confirmation regarding the changes could risk you loosing your booking placement along with your booking fee. This also applies to incorrect infomation and is your sole responsibilty to make sure the infomation is correct.

Regarding Extra Birthday Children please discuss this via email before submitting the confirmation form as this will adjust the price dependant on amount and relation. If this is not disscussed before hand via email in writting, we reserve the right to add these charges to the price without confirming with the customer. This is also written in the applicable fields in relation to this topic. Prices are up to the Crazy Legs Office disscression. By completing and submitting this form you are agreeing with these terms.
